About us

We are a European-based dealer working across selected artworks and objects, with a focus on visual clarity, material integrity, and disciplined presentation. Our approach is informed by experience across art and material culture, and by close attention to how an object is made, preserved, and understood.

We work with collectors, interior professionals, and private clients internationally. Each work is considered for authorship, condition, and coherence—both within its own context and within the wider programme we present. We value precise descriptions, careful handling, and conversations that remain grounded in the work itself.

Who we are

Mission and vision

Our mission is to present artworks and selected objects with precision and restraint—connecting clients with works that carry cultural weight through authorship, material presence, and sustained relevance. We prioritize careful selection and clear description.

Our vision is to build a focused programme in which art and object can coexist without hierarchy, unified by integrity of making, disciplined curation, and long-term cultural significance.

Our vision is to contribute to the continuity of European instrument-making traditions by fostering a considered approach to selection, preservation and long-term cultural significance. We aim to position each instrument not merely as an object, but as part of an ongoing lineage of craftsmanship and musical expression.

What we offer

Our offer is intentionally focused and may vary over time. At certain moments the programme is centred entirely on paintings; at others it may extend to works on paper and selected objects. Availability depends on what we can present with confidence and clarity.

Where applicable, we present:

  • Paintings

  • Works on paper

  • Prints and editions (when relevant)

  • Selected objects and design pieces (occasionally)

Every work is selected for quality of execution, coherence of form, and the integrity of its materials. We do not broaden the scope for its own sake; we prefer a concise selection, well described.

Approach and values

We work with a measured approach grounded in careful selection, clear description, and discreet guidance. The programme follows what we can present with confidence—works considered for authorship (as far as it can be responsibly stated), quality of execution, coherence of form, and material integrity. Condition is assessed closely and described in plain language; when conservation has been undertaken, or is recommended, we address it directly and without embellishment. We value context and provenance where it is known and supportable, and we state plainly when information is incomplete. Throughout, we aim for clarity in documentation and presentation, with respect for privacy and the responsibilities of long-term stewardship.

Discretion and long-term perspective

We work with discretion and a long-term perspective. Enquiries are handled with care and privacy, and we keep communication direct, measured, and informed by the work itself. We avoid urgency and unnecessary noise, preferring considered decisions supported by clear documentation, condition notes, and context where it can be responsibly stated. Our focus is on works that retain their presence over time—through authorship, material integrity, and sustained cultural significance—rather than short-lived attention.
